We didn't reinvent the wheel with our Hi-Vis Parachutes but we did make them better. We use a highly buoyant carded-fleece dubbing for the body and thorax,  and then tie premium Wapsi hackle around a treated & water resistant fluorescent post to make sure you can see the fly and so that it stays dry.
